Delete your account

You can delete your Tressle account at any time.

In the app

Tressle (customers): Profile → Delete account → confirm.
Tressle Business (shop owners): Account → Delete account → confirm.

By email

Send a message from the email or phone number on your account to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, sign-in, saved details, reviews and future bookings are removed. Completed booking records may be kept for up to 30 days for the shop's accounting and fraud prevention, then deleted. Shop owners: deleting your account releases your shop claim and hides the shop listing.
